Fen Ditton Gallery Contemporary Printmaking Prize 2026
23rd May – 14th June 2026
I am pleased to announce that ‘High Maintenance’ has been shortlisted for the Fen Ditton Gallery Contemporary Printmaking Prize 2026 and will be exhibited at the gallery from 23rd May – 14th June.
The artists in the exhibition were selected from over 500 entries to the prize and present a compelling showcase of the creativity, technical expertise and ingenuity of contemporary printmakers. All shortlisted works are for sale. For early access to the catalogue, contact the gallery at info@fendittongallery.com. The overall winner will be selected in person at the gallery and announced on Thursday 21st May at the opening event.

St Barbe Open 2026
23rd May – 4th July 2026
I am very pleased to say that one of my prints, ‘Lights at Fawley’, is one of the highly-commended works in this year’s St Barbe open. It’s a great show with a variety of media and styles and judging by the accepted works this year it is going to be a particularly good showcase for Southampton based printmakers.

Hampshire Open Studios
22nd-23rd & 29th-31st August 2026
Sarah Mander and I will be opening up our workshop to the public for Hampshire Open Studios this August.
Not only a chance to see (and buy) original prints but also see a working print studio and meet the artists who work there. Why not make an arty day of it – our neighbours in the Arches Studios are also opening their doors, and you can check out the Open Studio’s map to who else is opening their studios in our neighbourhood.
